Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a friendly Key Holder to support the management team and uphold the brand’s welcoming environment. You’ll assist on the sales floor, help in the fitting room, and handle transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Experience with opening/closing responsibilities preferred.
• Strong customer service and ability to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with POS, ERP, and ATS systems.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build relationships.
• Process transactions accurately at checkout.
• Use product knowledge and promotions to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards on the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Offer styling advice and create an engaging and inclusive environment.
