Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Key Holder to support a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects our brand’s image. You will engage on the sales floor, assist in fitting rooms, and complete transactions at the cash desk with reliability and strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail or customer service, a passion for fashion, and proficiency with POS, ERP, and ATS systems. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.
