Job summary

SunTrio in Saanichton (Greater Victoria, BC) is seeking a hands-on Farm Harvester and Packing role for our local organic vegetable operation. You will stay busy with fresh produce work, staying organized and maintaining quality throughout harvest and packing tasks.

The role offers opportunities to participate in wholesale orders and farmers markets, with occasional deliveries and teamwork to support the farm's daily activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming is a plus but a good attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Able to manage multiple tasks like harvesting, washing, packing, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting, washing and packing fresh local produce and salad greens.
• Prepare wholesale, farmers market orders and invoices.
• Occasionally handle deliveries.
• Help set up and sell at farmers markets.
• Assist with other farm tasks as needed.

We are a local organic vegetable farm and looking for a motivated, organized person to join our farm team!

This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes staying busy and enjoys working with fresh, local produce.

What You'll Be Doing

• Harvesting, washing and packing fresh local produce and salad greens.
• Preparing wholesale, farmers market orders and invoices
• Occasionaly doing the deliveries
• Helping set up and sell at farmers markets
• Jumping in with other farm tasks when needed
