Qualifications

• Counseling and Family Therapy experience with violence/crisis.
• Social Work background with knowledge of community resources, advocacy, and non-profit/human services settings.
• Solution-Focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience with Case Management: intake, assessment, service planning, coordination of services, and documentation.
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related field; licensed or eligible for registration where applicable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients and maintain professional boundaries.
• Experience with families, children, and marginalized or at-risk populations; commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive practice.
• Ability to work on-site in Weyburn, SK; manage a caseload; collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Role Description The Family Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Weyburn, SK. Qualifications
