Eagle Heart Centre is seeking a Family Support Worker to provide intensive, hands-on support to children, youth and families through supervised family time, in-home services, advocacy, and follow-up based on Ministry of Social Services case plans. The Family Support Worker provides intensive, hands-on support to children, youth and families through supervised family time, in-home services, advocacy, and follow-up based on Ministry of Social Services case plans. The role is designed to promote child safety, build parental capacity, and support safe and timely reunification whenever possible. The FSW works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is expected to balance direct service delivery, accurate documentation and collaboration with Child Protection Workers, internal colleagues,
and community partners. Services are delivered in a manner that is culturally safe, trauma-informed, and strength-based, reflecting Eagle Heart Centre's values and universal competencies.
