The role emphasizes module registration, timetabling support, and examinations administration, with strong emphasis on data protection and FOI compliance.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
• Experience in administrative or customer service environment.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive workload management.
• Good communication skills and IT skills including Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support core administrative processes across the student lifecycle.
• Assist with module registration, timetabling support, assessments administration, student records and graduation activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine queries from students and staff, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and in line with policies.
