Royal Holloway University of London is seeking a Faculty Teaching & Learning Operations Officer to support teaching and learning administration across the student lifecycle. You will work with academic colleagues and professional services teams to deliver an efficient, student-focused service.

Applications are invited for the post of Faculty Teaching & Learning Operations Officer within the Student Administration Directorate.
This role is part of the Professional Services teams within the Faculty of Business and Law and will support the delivery of teaching and learning administration across the student lifecycle. The roles are key to delivering an efficient, consistent and student-focused service, supporting both students and staff within busy academic environments.
The Faculty of Business and Law brings together disciplines across business, management and legal studies. The successful candidate will support a wide range of teaching and learning activities and work closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams.
The successful candidates will support core administrative processes such as module registration, timetabling support, assessment and examinations administration, student records, and results and graduation activities. They will act as a point of contact for routine queries from students and staff, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally in line with university policies and relevant legislation, including Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
The successful candidates will be educated to A-level standard or have equivalent experience and will have experience of working in an administrative or customer service environment. They will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing their workload.
Candidates will be comfortable working with colleagues across the faculties and supporting day-to-day administrative processes. They will have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines. They will also demonstrate good communication skills when responding to enquiries from staff and students, and will have good IT skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
