Job summary
Lepage Millwork is hiring on-site for a woodworks assembler. You will read blueprints, assemble window sashes, doors and modular components, and perform adjustments to ensure quality. Strong manual dexterity and experience with power tools are required.
The role focuses on hands-on assembly, packaging for shipment, and ensuring products meet specifications. French language proficiency is required and relocation is not covered.

Responsibilities
- Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders and barrels
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products
- Assemble door panels, trusses or modular components to make prefabricated housing
- Read blueprints, written specifications and production drawings
- Pack items for shipping and distribution
- Install hardware such as knobs and hinges
- Inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
- Mark defective parts or products for repair
- Trim, smooth, and shape surfaces
