Job summary

Portes Lambton recherche un opérateur/outil CNC pour un poste permanent dans un atelier de machines sur mesure. Vous opérerez et réglerez des machines pour des opérations d’usinage répétitives et veillerez à la précision des dimensions.

Vous aurez à entrer les paramètres vitesse/avance/coupe et à réaliser l’entretien. Relève en soirée et nuit possible; travail sur site dans un atelier de fabrication polyvalent.

Qualifications

• Expérience en usinage sur machines CNC est un atout.
• Formation ou certifications industrielles préférables.
• Bonne connaissance des codes et des tolérances métiers.

Responsibilities

• Opérer et mettre en place les machines pour des opérations d'usinage répétitives.
• Vérifier les dimensions des pièces usinées à l'aide d'instruments de mesure précis.
• Effectuer l'entretien courant des équipements et machines.
• Saisir les codes indiquant vitesse, avance et coupe du parcours d'outil pour les machines CN.
• Maintenir l'espace de travail propre et en ordre.

• Operate and set up machines to perform repetitive machining operations


• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)


• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery


• Enter codes specifying speed, feed and cut of the toolpath for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
