We seek highly motivated individuals with strong skills in prioritization, performance, and communication to join our dynamic environment.

Our Facilities Planning and Engineering team is hiring construction technicians experienced in facilities projects such as interior/exterior renovations, building repairs (e.g., roof or HVAC), and utility/infrastructure modifications. These full-time, onsite roles involve working closely with project management throughout the construction process, including commissioning. Successful candidates will join a team committed to quality, collaboration, and building long-term client and team relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing construction projects
• Regularly inspect sites to identify safety hazards
• Conduct material testing to ensure compliance with standards
• Document inspections with detailed reports
• Note deviations from blueprints and plans
• Perform on-site investigations and data analysis
• Oversee contractor activities to ensure safety and code compliance
• Verify materials and work meet specifications
• Coordinate access for contractors and support daily operations
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Participate in meetings, providing progress updates and issue reports

Qualifications and Skills:
