Qualifications

• High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced guest service-oriented position.
• Experience with Intelligenz or similar accounting and cash handling is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry accuracy.
• Customer service experience through in-person, phone, and email interactions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts, licenses and schedules with high accuracy to meet service expectations.
• Apply policies and procedures consistently to ensure quality service delivery.
• Educate users on booking processes and procedures.
• Engage with contacts to understand needs and determine how to accommodate.
• Create and update building and event schedules and share updates with staff.
