Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Facility Assistant for its Grain & Crop Inputs division. You will help move and sample grain, assist with crop input deliveries, and support routine facility maintenance in a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming.
• Experience working in a customer service role is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions.

Your Team

Grain & Crop Inputs: The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

As a Facility Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operations of the grain facility.
