Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities management is required.
• Competence with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Maintain records of work performed, service logs, and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, codes, and regulations.
• Support emergency response procedures and on-call rotations as needed.
