Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, security, life safety, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to Tenant and Property Management requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Utilize Building Automation and in-house systems for scheduling and logging tasks.
• Work at multiple buildings in downtown Vancouver as needed.
• Occasional weekend work and on-call duties.
