Qualifications

• Requires extensive knowledge of financial accounting to evaluate building operation and maintenance costs and long‑range forecasts.
• Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, procurement and vendor contracts.
• Experience with budgeting, cost reporting and financial modelling for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned work processes to ensure efficient completion of work.
• Provide analysis on financial and technical aspects related to implementing new methods and technology.
• Verify that payment and invoicing match contract pricing.
• Assist in preparing the Unit's annual budget and business plan for space, furniture and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and building codes.
