Hydro One is seeking a Programs Process Analyst to support development, testing, and documentation of system configurations and related processes. The role focuses on analyzing information related to processes, contracts and work program accomplishment, and involves assisting with discussions, problem solving and issue resolution regarding system changes.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree and proven ability to analyze organizational performance, with experience in English

Qualifications

Requires knowledge of computerized information systems and business administration to develop/utilize systems and processes for analyzing, presenting and reporting information.
Knowledge of theories and principles relating to business methods, processes and operations, including change management and computerized applications.
Knowledge of contracts, design standards and analytical techniques for advising Network Services staff.
Normally acquired through 4 years of University training.

Responsabilités

Assist in the development, update and testing of system configuration or changes and/or related documentation.
Develop, document and/or utilize systems and processes for collecting, analyzing, presenting and reporting information related to processes, contracts and work program accomplishment.
Assist in discussions, problem solving and issue resolution regarding process or system changes or user issues.
Participate in interpretation and assessment of organizational performance as it relates to the execution of work programs and effectiveness of business processes.
