Job summary

HighView Partners is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations for a multi-site residential portfolio in the GTA, with oversight of two Property Supervisors and a focus on preventative maintenance, capital planning, and project delivery.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders, and ensure safe, compliant, and reliable building systems across the portfolio.

Your Role

As Facilities Manager, you will lead the organization’s residential portfolio and manage and support two Property Supervisors. Your mandate will span day-to‑day building operations, preventative maintenance, capital planning, renovations and development projects, contractor management, budgets, compliance and emergency response.

You will oversee building systems, including HVAC, BAS, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety, while ensuring maintenance programs, inspections, documentation, and work-order processes are effective and consistent. You will also work with contractors, consultants, architects, government agencies and internal stakeholders on projects and longer‑term property initiatives.
