Job summary

The Sensplex Facilities, affiliated with the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our on-site team at Richcraft Sensplex. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and facility standards.

This role requires a minimum of two years' supervisory experience in recreation facilities, knowledge of OHSA, and comfort with HVAC and ice-maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supervision experience in recreation facility.
• Experience as an arena operator and ice resurfacer is preferred.
• Industry safety standards knowledge (OHSA) is required.
• Valid drivers license (G) with clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and custodial staff to meet high standards.
• Manage daily operations including HVAC, lighting, ice maintenance, and safety systems.
• Ensure building standards and cleanliness are maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist events.
• Coordinate setup and technical requirements for events.
