Job summary

A leading shopping centre management firm in Ottawa is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee efficient operations in a major shopping centre. The role involves managing staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in physical operations management and relevant technical certifications. The position requires onsite work for 35 hours per week. Qualifications

• A minimum 5 years experience in physical operations management, with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of all direct reports and ensure timely achievement of departmental goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff according to CF standards.
• Coordinate maintenance work and ensure property is maintained appropriately.
