As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for a Contracts Specialist in Waterloo!
The Contracts Specialist provides support for the Contracts function for Teledyne Digital Imaging (“TDI”). This includes TDI’s machine vision camera and scientific camera business units worldwide.
The Contracts Specialist is responsible for the preparation and review of contracts for TDI, with the objectives of ensuring a timely response to all client inquiries, effective risk management, and compliance with the requirements of TDI’s parent corporation, Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (“Teledyne”).
In this role, the Contracts Specialist will work closely with all functions, including Sales and Marketing, and Customer Service/Sales Operations, to provide support for the implementation and management of contracts with third parties, including third party sales channels, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
The Contracts Specialist must have strong collaboration and effective relationship management capabilities. This is a hands‑on role – the Contracts Specialist must demonstrate initiative and drive matters to conclusion in a timely manner.
The Contracts Specialist reports to the Director, Contracts & Legal, for Teledyne Digital Imaging. International and domestic travel is a requirement of this position. The Contracts Specialist will ideally be based at a Teledyne office located in North America. Hybrid (office/remote) working arrangements will be considered for this position.
$68,600.00-$91,400.000
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
