Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities management with hands-on mechanical, electrical, and supervisory experience.

• Proven ability to plan, prioritize and manage service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage service contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Oversee daily work orders, move management and ergonomic requests.
• Lead facilities team and support staff development.
• Monitor budgets and drive energy efficiency initiatives.
