Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager in Vancouver to lead a team responsible for operations and maintenance across a portfolio of facilities. The role focuses on supervising staff, coordinating repairs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Ensure safety and environmental health procedures are followed.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing for projects.
• Lead training on maintenance and safety practices.
