Qualifications

• Progressive facilities maintenance and operations management experience in complex environments.
• Knowledge of project management principles including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with CMMS and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day FM services including facility operations and maintenance.
• Meets with clients to discuss facility enhancements and asset plans.
• Develops maintenance programs, reports, and budgets; monitors expenditures and performance.
