Qualifications

• Progressive experience in corporate real estate services management.
• Strong HSSE knowledge and proactive safety culture on-site.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L in CRE environments.
• Proven vendor management, contracts, and SLA accountability.
• Excellent client-facing skills with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facilities operations for a major corporate account in Toronto.
• Oversee work order management, HSSE, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate vendor performance, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Drive energy management, BMS analysis, and sustainability programs.
• Support business continuity, risk mitigation, and audit readiness.
