CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. The role sits within Facilities Management, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You’ll supervise daily activities, manage schedules, and provide progress reports to management while driving efficiency and safe building operations. This position is based in Fort McMurray and involves on-site leadership.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of processes and related functions.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, discounts and markups.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Serve as point of contact between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange routine maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfection schedules.
• Research vendors and evaluate costs and benefits.
• Track facility expenses and budgets.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values.
