Cadillac Fairview Corp. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Calgary office complex.

You will lead frontline maintenance staff, oversee critical building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and life-safety infrastructure, and manage preventive maintenance and vendor contracts to ensure superior tenant experience and energy performance. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with property management, tenants, and contractors.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4th Class Power Engineer license preferred, BES SMA/SMT asset a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, BAS, electrical, life-safety systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead frontline operations team to ensure safe, efficient building performance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and vendor contracts.
• Manage daily activities of direct reports to meet department goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff following HR requirements and CF standards.
• Assist in annual operating and capital budgets with accurate forecasting.
