Job summary

EQ Bank is seeking an Office Experience & Facilities Intern to support facilities operations, office administration, and workplace planning initiatives within a fast-paced financial services environment. The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to facilities management, project coordination, and vendor liaison.

You will contribute to the 25 Ontario office readiness, assist with documentation, and participate in health and safety activities while working in a hybrid setup at EQ Bank’s Toronto

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program related to Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, Interior Design, Architecture, Workplace Experience, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facilities operations across the office portfolio and coordinate with vendors.
• Assist with workplace projects, moves, restacks, and occupancy planning.
• Maintain facilities documentation, floor plans, and asset records.
• Provide administrative support for projects and department initiatives.
