Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities/Engineering maintenance professional in Ottawa to manage BAS systems, perform inspections and oversee contractors. The role requires flexibility for shifts and some physical work across building systems.

You will support daily operations, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with events as needed. A high school diploma and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance and related tasks.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Must understand MS Office tools (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize operational requirements of BAS systems.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on mechanical systems.
• Control daily BAS operations and building systems.
• Supervise external contractors and technicians during projects.
• Report progress to Facility Manager or Work Control Assistant.
