Job summary

River Cree Resorts & Casino seeks an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, budgeting, and asset protection for the property. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and energy conservation while leading a team and coordinating with contractors.

The successful candidate will have 4–5 years in engineering/maintenance, hospitality experience, and formal training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing; a Bachelor of Engineering is an asset.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of engineering and maintenance experience, hospitality environment preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a must.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree is an asset.
• Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing.
• Experience leading a team and managing projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, bids, and project timelines within budget.
• Manage inventory of parts and equipment and oversee grounds, rooms, and facilities.
