Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of related custodial/maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements (WHMIS).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning according to schedules and work orders.
• Empty garbage/recycling and manage waste handling.
• Vacuum, mop, and maintain floors, washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Clean windows, surfaces, and sanitize restrooms.
• Conduct minor repairs and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Move and arrange furniture as required.
• Support groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Complete duty logs and coordinate with contractors as needed.
