Raise is seeking a Facilities Coordination Project Manager in Surrey, British Columbia. This 6-month contract offers a pay rate of $50.34/hour, depending on experience, and supports our client, one of Canada’s largest electrical energy suppliers.
The role blends facilities management, first aid coordination, and project management to keep the Trades Training Centre operating safely, efficiently, and to high service standards. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and trades.

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
The Facilities & Project Coordinator in this role will manage baseline facilities, assets, and low-to-medium risk improvement projects for our Learning & Development (L&D) training facilities. Reporting to project and operational leads, this dual-focus role combines hands‑on facilities management, first aid coordination, and stakeholder collaboration with foundational project management capabilities. You will ensure the Trades Training Centre (TTC) operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of service delivery.
