Job summary

Raise is seeking a Facilities Coordination Project Manager in Surrey, British Columbia. This 6-month contract offers a pay rate of $50.34/hour, depending on experience, and supports our client, one of Canada’s largest electrical energy suppliers.

The role blends facilities management, first aid coordination, and project management to keep the Trades Training Centre operating safely, efficiently, and to high service standards. You will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in PM or facilities coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and MS Teams.
• Experience with project management software.
• Excellent English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP or FM training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and report on low-to-medium risk projects.
• Oversee facility operations, safety, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead first aid coordination and safety culture.
• Manage asset, shipping/receiving, and IT support tasks.
