What You Will be Doing :

  1. Liaise with internal program staff and external facility user groups to determine current and future facility allocation requirements.
  2. Share information with the public about facility availability, services, and scheduling to ensure optimal use of venues.
  3. Handle inquiries from the public via in person, phone, or email, providing information on the City’s programs and facilities.
  4. Prepare and process contracts, invoices, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy of details.
  5. Book tournaments and special events, coordinating requirements for Parks, Recreation and Culture Services.
  6. Manage administrative duties related to facility bookings, including maintaining files, processing payments, tracking accounts receivable, and preparing reports.
  7. Coordinate with facility staff and other departments regarding rentals, events, and customer service issues.
  8. Ensure compliance with policies, agreements, and legislative requirements for user groups.
  9. Collect and analyze facility usage data, providing reports and benchmarking information.
  10. Address and document complaints, resolving issues promptly, and escalating as necessary.
  11. Attend community meetings as required.
  12. Assist with marketing campaigns for recreation facilities.
  13. Work collaboratively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned.
