The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Patient Care Navigator to support our Clinic Solutions programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented, managing patient enrollments, reimbursement processes, and service coordination. They will ensure patients access therapies promptly and provide exceptional customer support.

A Day in the Life:

  • Enroll patients into the Patient Support Program promptly
  • Respond efficiently to calls, emails, and voicemails
  • Navigate Canadian reimbursement processes confidently to secure coverage
  • Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
  • Coordinate and track patient services for timely therapy access
  • Prioritize tasks and follow through to completion
  • Update CRM and communicate proactively with patients and clinics
  • Report adverse events following SOP guidelines
  • Maintain service levels and collaborate across teams
  • Provide feedback to management based on field observations
  • Complete reports accurately and timely
  • Manage special projects and uphold confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for Success:

  • Experience in a specialty pharmacy preferred
  • Knowledge in Hepatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, or Neurology
  • Experience working with physicians and understanding patient flow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and database systems
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
  • Experience with Patient Support Programs or clinical networks is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently from a home office
  • Understanding of reimbursement systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
  • Customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
