A leading company in the culinary sector seeks a First Cook for a remote camp setting. The role involves meal preparation, kitchen supervision, and ensuring quality standards. This position offers excellent work-life balance with a 2-week on/2-week off rotation and opportunities for skill expansion.
The First Cook plays a key role in executing the daily dinner service with support from the culinary team. Working with Culinary leadership, the First Cook is responsible for preparing the feature proteins required for dinner service, ensuring that quality standards are met. As a senior member of the production team, the First Cook will demonstrate effective leadership and will be responsible, along with Culinary leadership, for monitoring daily operations.

First Cooks work on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Locations are remote, requiring air or ground travel. Work hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Wages start at $22.48/hour.
