Samaritan’s Purse Canada (SPC) is seeking a dedicated Facilities & Operations Manager to join our Operations team!
Samaritan’s Purse is a Christian international relief organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan’s Purse has helped meet the needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God’s love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
As our Facilities & Operations Manager, you’ll take an active, hands‑on role in managing facility operations and administration while providing leadership to a team that enables our Calgary Ministry Centre and other facilities to function effectively. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and long‑term performance of our facilities and vehicles – everything from ensuring safety and functionality to planning and executing renovations and improvements. You’ll also lead a dedicated in‑house team alongside a network of skilled vendors, managing projects and budgets to deliver excellent workspaces while upholding our commitment to excellence and compliance with relevant regulations. As an integral member of the Operations team, this role will help SPC carry out its mission and objectives through participation in the daily prayer ministry.
The successful candidate will fulfill a full‑time permanent position in the Calgary head office. This position includes benefits of life insurance, medical/dental and short‑term/long‑term disability, RRSP contributions after one year of employment, and 15 vacation days per year to start.
