Job summary

Sinclair Technologies in Aurora, ON is seeking a Fabricator to operate machining and metal processing equipment to produce parts per drawings and work orders. This hands-on role focuses on safe, accurate production and adherence to quality standards.

You will support continuous improvement and work closely with the Fabrication Workshop Team Lead to meet production targets in a high-mix environment. A practical, detail-oriented mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in fabrication or machining preferred.
• Experience operating lathes, drills, cutting machines, or CNC equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, drilling machines and basic CNC machines to produce parts.
• Interpret drawings and follow work instructions to meet specs.
• Perform deburring, finishing, and basic assembly as required.
• Inspect parts during machining and record quality data.
