Qualifications

• Certified Machinist with hands-on CNC milling and turning experience.
• 5 years of machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience machining aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminum) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program (as required), and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Machine aerospace components to precise tolerances and specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all quality standards and aerospace compliance requirements.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
