Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager for the Markham Honda team. The role offers a commission-based pay structure and opportunities to drive sales of after-sales products including extended warranties and insurance.

Responsibilities include managing daily deliveries with sales staff, preparing finance paperwork, and owning the department to ensure accurate funding and closing documentation. OMVIC license is required, with 1–3 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales and competitive winning mindset required.
• Proven track record.
• First Canadian and 180 experience an asset
• Organizational and leadership skills required.
• 1-3 years of experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion.
• OMVIC license required.

• Responsible for all necessary and/or related funding; license fees, down payment, finance funding, leasing funding, etc.
• Responsible for completion of all final delivery paperwork
