Experienced F&I Manager | Steele Hyundai

We are looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who is ready to take the wheel and make a real impact. At Steele Hyundai, you won’t just be moving paper, you will be helping people move forward. At Steele Hyundai, we believe in building relationships, not just closing deals. As our F&I Manager, you will help guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From navigating financing options to explaining warranty and protection packages, you will play a key role in delivering an experience that’s personal, smooth, and stress-free.

We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of automotive F&I experience who understands the industry, knows how to build trust with customers, and can confidently navigate the financial side of the vehicle purchase. You bring the knowledge and experience, and we will provide the environment, support, and opportunity to keep growing.

Compensation: 100% commission, with earning potential of up to $100,000+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as the bridge between lenders and clients, securing the best financing solutions for every unique situation.
• Process lease and finance deals efficiently and accurately.
• Present insurance, warranties, and protection options in a way that adds confidence and value.
• Keep our sales team sharp with the latest on finance programs and offerings.
• Ensure all client documentation is clean, clear, and compliant.

What You Bring:

• A strong sales background and a passion for helping people
• 3-5 years of automotive Finance and Insurance experience
• A working knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending
• Confidence in reading credit reports and guiding customers through financial decisions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
