The Holiday Inn Oxford hotel is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help shape the guest experience and support the team in delivering outstanding service.

You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead service during peak periods, maintain high presentation standards, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to revenue through attentive, personalised hospitality.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory or senior team member role.
• Enjoy leading by example and supporting others to feel confident and capable during service.
• Take pride in high standards of presentation, service, and attention to detail; communicate clearly and positively, even in a busy or fast-paced environment.

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the operation and help lead the team during service.
• Set clear expectations, lead by example, and deputise when required.
