Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) is seeking a experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team across our mountain properties. You will oversee guest room cleanliness, public areas, and daily operations with a hands-on leadership approach.
Daily duties include training staff, maintaining safety standards, coordinating with front desk and maintenance, and ensuring guest requests are addressed promptly.
CRMR is a family-owned Canadian hospitality company operating a collection of iconic mountain properties across the Canadian Rockies, including Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff, Deer Lodge and Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise and Emerald Lake Lodge in Yoho National Park. We are dedicated to delivering world-class dining, hospitality and service in some of the most breathtaking landscapes Canada has to offer.
This isn't your typical 9 to 5. Working at CRMR means waking up to mountain views, building lifelong friendships with teammates from around the world and being part of a close-knit team that genuinely feels like family. We believe the best guest experiences are created by people who love where they work and here, the mountains are your backyard.
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring exceptional cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas of the lodge. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves actively participating in daily operations while managing the housekeeping team, coordinating activities, and ensuring that guest requests are addressed with promptness and courtesy. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to lead by example, working alongside their team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
