Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary is looking for a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to lead the team in delivering Indigenous-inspired hospitality. You will model exceptional service and guide staff to meet high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will coach and train colleagues, manage schedules, and participate in recruitment and training efforts while upholding brand values and core ethics. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifikationen

• A valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ progressive experience in a lead role in high-volume Food & Beverage operations.
• Post secondary education in Hospitality Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead front-of-house operations and staff in a dynamic environment.
• Develop and modify department standards, policies and procedures as required.
• Coaching and counseling staff per policies and procedures; provide performance guidance.
• Assist in recruitment for front-of-house positions.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, liquor service and health regulations.
• Plan and conduct pre-shift and monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain inventory and cost controls for POS, menu costing and stock levels.
