Job summary

Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B areas with support from Supervisors, ensuring service meets Hard Rock’s high standards. You’ll lead planning, training, and guest experience initiatives to deliver an authentic, rock-infused hospitality experience.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2-4 years in F&B/hospitality, fluent English, and Smart Serve plus Ontario Food Handler’s certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years managing food & beverage and hospitality industry experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Must have Smart Serve certification and Ontario Food Handler’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations across dining room, gaming floor, and outlets.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage Manager to develop plans aligning with Hard Rock standards.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate staff to deliver amplified service to guests.
• Maintain menus, pricing, and product knowledge; ensure accurate reporting and inventory controls.
