Job summary

Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining rooms, gaming floor, and outlets, ensuring exceptional hospitality and the Rock experience.

You will work with F&B leadership to create plans, lead teams, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and cost controls. A strong English fluency and certifications are required, with opportunities to mentor staff in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years managing food & beverage and hospitality experience.
• Deep understanding of guest services.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Smart Serve certified and Ontario Food Handler’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B objectives and strategic planning with Supervisors.
• Develop and implement project plans for current and future direction.
• Train, supervise, coach staff and manage performance.
