Reporting to the Vice President of Food & Beverage, the AGM assists in delivering exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, culinary excellence, team engagement, and financial performance. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.* Experience within an integrated resort, casino, luxury hotel, or destination dining venue is considered an asset.* Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing hospitality professionals.* Previous experience executing VIP events, private dining functions, wine dinners, and special culinary experiences is an asset. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS*** Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
