Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience expected.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Inter-personal skills and leadership experience.
• Basic math, sales, problem-solving ability.
• Experience with edging and mounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and patients.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with eyewear selections and guide sales associates.
• Act as a responsible alternate store key holder in the store.
• In lab roles, assist with custom fits and lens placement and maintain lab tools.
