EssilorLuxottica’s LensCrafters opening seeks an Assistant Manager dedicated to leading the team and delivering exceptional vision care experiences. You will drive sales performance, maintain store standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to coach staff and optimize daily operations.

This role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a strong customer-service mindset, and solid cash-handling and computer skills to support store success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for written and verbal tasks.
• Solid math skills for daily cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers KPI improvements including sales, conversion, customer count, and retention goals.
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Partner with Store Manager to lead and develop team.
• Maintains store appearance and executes visual directives.
• Keeps positive relationships with doctors and patients where applicable.
• Performs administrative duties and supports scheduling, including nights and weekends.
