Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience that builds brand loyalty and trust with customers.

In this role you will greet and serve customers, stay informed on the latest product assortment, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with management to solve issues. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, representing the brand with professionalism and care for every guest.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Self-motivated, team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers while promoting an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers/managers on stocking needs and maintain visual standards.
• Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele and assist with complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date on product assortment as an ambassador of the brand.
• Act on management instructions and participate in occasional open/close duties.
• Adhere to professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct.
• Attend meetings and represent the brand within local and broader communities.
