In this role you will greet customers, ask the right questions, recommend eyewear options, and guide purchases with warmth, product knowledge, and a consultative approach, while maintaining an organized, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong retail experience in a customer-facing sales or service role.
• Confidence using technology, point-of-sale systems, computers, and customer records.
• Previous optical, eyewear, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or specialty retail experience is strongly preferred.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, build trust, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• A polished, dependable, team-oriented approach with pride in service quality and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding retail experience by greeting customers warmly, asking the right questions, recommending eyewear options, and helping customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and inviting retail environment while supporting a team focused on repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships.
